Shipping arrangements using the online store

There seems to be a problem in

transferring shipping address information from the

WD online ordering system to Digital River Ltd to UPS.

From the email thread below Digital RIver Ltd

doesn’t seem to have the capaciity to

recognise and deal with the issue.

There is no complaints procedure in place and I

suspect the issue I raised will disappear.

I hope WD can consult with Digital River Ltd

and fix the problem.

It’s not good for business that the agents

of WD are not providing a satisfactory service.

It seems to me that the current system is a shambles
