I’ve had a 4TB sharespace for about two weeks now, and until last night everything was great.
Sometime last night, the drives started going nuts. The drive lights aren’t blinking constantly, just occasionally. I do, however, hear a *ton* of HD activity from within the case. I’ve shut it down overnight, let it sit, no change. I’ve removed the network cable, also no change.
I’ve SSHed into the box, and using top can’t see anything that’s sucking down that much CPU. iotop isn’t available, so I’m kind of at a dead end.
Does anyone have any suggestions/ideas?
