Shared folder with file limit

When uploading files to shared folder, heap that is limiting to 9998 fetched files. How can I change the folder’s file limit?

  1. How are you uploading the files? What OS? Browser version? Local or Proxy Connection?
  2. What is the exact error message? screenshots would help

I’m using filezilla app, ftp connection. In ftp it only shows 9998 files and within the folder there are 30 thousand files
