Shared Drive Access - completely non-intuitive?

My wife and I work together in the same office and need access to the same drive. “I” set up the My Cloud Home (8TB) and have complete access. I sent her an invite and approved her “account” but she can not see anything on the drive - WHAT AM I MISSING??

So apparently true shared access (i.e.: two admins) is not possible. However, the work-around is to have the person, who needs identical access, log in with the “Admin’s” credentials. Tech support confirmed that multiple users, with the same credential, can access at the same time.
