Share Public problem

I and my wife utilize our mycloud with the same name and level. I used to be able to share an image via the “Share a Public link” option to her in a text message and she could click it and go right to the image via her mycloud access, but now for some reason when I send send a link to her or her to me, it goes to a login prompt (internet style, not app style) and brings up a screen with the main files on the mycloud device and won’t show the image.
