I created a email to my file on wd ex2 but it doesn’t work. I tried accessing the link via my ipad with safari and puffin browsers.

It is likely that your IP address of your device changed. You may need to regenerate the email link, or set your device up to a static IP. We are working on a way to allow us to survive an IP address change in the future.
