I have set up My Cloud and I can copy data from my PC to a private share by dragging and dropping from my PC to the share using the MyCloud.com signon. I can see the share available to my PC by navigating to it in windows explorer to the share name. I cannot however access the share from my PC using windows explorer. It asks for credentials as a username and password. I have tried using the same user can that access the share via mycloud.com but it will not give me access. I’ve tried with both the email address and the username as the windows share user from the User Profile in the dashboard settings for the user. Any help would be appreciated.
