Setup Cannot locate MyCloud

I wish to use the MyCloud that is functioning and working well on two computers on my network on a third, wirelessly connected laptop using Windows 10, most recent update finished this morning.
It cannot find.
I have checked the IP address via the router program and cannot access it via file/network explorer on this third computer
The wheel keeps spinning

Try doing a tracert from command line to the IP and see where it stops,

Have you given access to your third computer, laptop, in the Dashboard under Cloud Access?

What are you trying to setup? You said the My Cloud is working already on two other computers.
