Setting up ex2 at home and moving it to office

Hello,
I am a new ex2 user, would like to check if it is possible for me to install ex2 at home first and have all data transferred after that move it to office and have it sync wit all my office mac n pc? Are there any setup needed? Or do i have to reset i when i move it to office?
