Set/Change Icon of folders

I have a new My Book World Edition WhiteLigth, and i want to store my pictures, music, videos etc. but i want to customize the look of the folder (on the network share & sub folders). i didn’t find a way to change icons or how the folder looks. May be you have a way to do that?

I using Windows XP Pro, in all my networks computers.

I don’t think you can. If you want your Explorer to show icons like it does in regular drive - you can’t.
IMHO.
