Serial ATA Card or Serial ATA Cables

My Passport 500GB Scorpio Blue external hard drive stopped working.  The SATA card is shot.  I need either a new SATA or SATA cables to remove the data from the hard drive.  Are there any Serial ATA Card or Serial ATA Cables for sale?

We sell SATA cables on the online store, but you can find SATA cables anywhere.  Also, that will only work if you connect the drive to you pc internally.
