Selecting flies to backup

When I select Flie Backup all the user accounts except mine are checked and the software won’t allow me to check my caaount, which is the one I need to backup. I Category Backup mode it does not backup my desktop. Help!

Make sure you start the backup from the account that you wish to backup.
