Selected Back up from C and L, but Restore only shows L

I selected Back up from 2 drives (C and L), but Restore shows only C to restore from. This is very dangerous, if you 100% relay on the Auto Backup without testing it.

I have short videos on C:\ but latge videos on external WD L:\

I bought 1.5 T WD and wanted to back up videos from both drives into my new one in M:. When i tested the Resore, then there in nothing showing my large videos backed from L:\

Is this normal is is there any trick to do it?

Hi, Smartware by default will only backup the files from one hard drive automatically, if you would like to backup the files from several locations, you can try using the file backup option. Follow the link below for the steps.

Thanks for your reply. I did backup of both drives, C and L (external), but Restore shows only C. Backup is reasonably straight forward, but there is no way to verify that I backed up what I wanted.

I wanted to veryfy that files from L drive were backed up too.The only possibility is to do a sample restore of any file from L to where ever. This is impossible, becauseL is not listed.

I noticed mistake in the message header. It should be:

Selected Back up from C and L, but Restore only shows C,

instead of

Selected Back up from C and L, but Restore only shows L.
