Assuming you are talking about only seeing 30 rows when using MyCloud.com web portal. If so it’s a known issue. One that has been discussed at length in various past discussions. Those discussions can be found using the forum search feature, magnifying glass icon upper right. The workaround is to use Edge or IE if you are having trouble with Firefox. The problem is most prevalent with Chrome. A few past discussions:
I created a new folder named ‘Projects’, then uploaded over 50 other files and folders into the Projects folder. A friend attempted to view the Projects folder remotely. Everything seems fine as the screen displays the first 18 files. However, the screen refuses to scroll or refresh to show the remaining files.
I have no problem viewing the folders on another computer. We are both using Win 7 and IE 11.
I would appreciate any help.
Thanks.
When accessing MyCloud over web-service mycloud.com , in a folder I can see only 30 files/folders, other are not visible! When using mobile app, everything is ok and can be accessed over smartphone, but not with computer remote. HELP!
I am using Firefox with Windows 10. When I access My Cloud remotely via files.mycloud.com , only 30 of my file folders are listed. The rest of the folders still exist; MyCloud says so when I try to create a new folder with the same name as an unlisted one. Using the MyCloud refresh icon does not solve the problem. How do I get all of my folders to appear in the list?
Just discovered an issue browsing through the mycloud site attached to my MyCloud drive. When using Firefox, it limits the files shown to 30. If they are pictures, I can click on the tiles button and it will show more, but for regular files you are out of luck.
I swapped browsers and it looks like IE is still working correctly (although the scrolling is a bit jerky).
Anyone else seeing this issue?
