Now that we are in OS 5, is it possible to search my files from the Web interface? The search bar that exists seems to look for other shares, not within my own, which is, at best, counterintuitive. I know people have been asking for this for a long time. Has WD implemented it? I would think that the indexing when we converted to OS 5 would make this relatively simple.
OK, I was thrown by the interface telling me that it didn’t find any collections of that name before going on to show a list of tracks and files. But I don’t see any context for the files. Since I have tens of thousands of tracks, knowing what album and artist or what file path they are from would be useful. Also, in what order are they shown? Looking at the results that I get, I don’t see how they are organized or any way to specify that.
