There is NO SEARCH option in My Cloud.
This feature is extremely important especially in finding files over a number of directories and files.
Cay you made an update about this. The search option will definitely a Great Great help for us Work From Home in this Corona virus Pandemic situation.
We will appreciate if you can give this a priority one option for your next update. I know your developer can do it without a sweat.
So please, do this update as soon as possible. This will be beneficial for your company and us (customer).
@Istar More information of what you are trying to search would help. Are you using Windows, Apple, Linux etc.? Have you looked and searched the Knowledge Base? Look at all that I have highlighted in yellow.
Yes, I can do that on my computer which is located inside our LAN.
But, what I am trying to say is that when I am accessing it from elsewhere or thru my Laptop when I am on the road that kind of search is not available.
