I can’t enter the files on MyStorage which is stored on my Seagate External harddisk drive. I can only see NAME-PC:NAME. so its like i can’t enter the folder. It say there is no storage on it, even though i can see the files when the harddisk i connected to my PC. I saw another guy had the very same problem. The suggestion to him was that he updated the firmware. I have already done that with the same unsolved problem. So do i buy another external harddrive? or is there any more help i can get?
If you are trying to access the drive through the network, make sure that the drive is share on the network
