I have a WD TV gen3. I’ve had it for just over a year. It has been operating well until recently.
It started locking up and displaying a screen full of pick and purple snow while booting. This would happen occasionally and was easily fixed by unplugging to reset.
More recently though I’ve been losing both audio and video for a couple of seconds at random times while playing a movie. The screen go’s black then returns continuing to play the movie as normally. The will happen quite a few times.
Has anyone else had similar problems?
