I can not see all of the screen for the WD Smartware. It seems like the right side is cut off on all the tabs. I have tried to resize my display but it only makes the same screen smaller. I need help fast. I lost a file and need to retrieve it but can see the retrieve file button to do it. Thanks much!!
I also had that problem and tried to figure it out. I downloaded and installed the last updates and that fixed the screen size. However, now it doesn’t show any of the drive volumes. My backed up files show up in windows explorer but not when you go the retrieve screen. Any help?
