Saved pictures

I have saved pitures in My Cloud and when I try to look a the Pictures i in my iPhone with as photos I get the follwing message:

Invalid operation
A file already exsits at this location, or an invalid operation was attempted.

I can see the Pictures under all files. How can I solve this?

Hello,

Are you trying to see the pictures with the WD Photos app? If yes, try reinstalling the application.
