I just bought My Passport Wireless and when I try to connect wifi network of MyPassport access in my phone Samsung Galaxy S6 is disconnected and I can’t manage it with my cloud app.
I can connect with a Windows 10 computer without any issue, could you tell me how i can connect it?
I try to change password and security configuration and still doesn’t work.

Is it only happening with this particular phone? Do you have another phone or tablet in order to confirm if the issue relates to the unit itself?
