Safepoint Error

I created a safepoint a few weeks ago that updates every Sunday. However when I look at the Safepoints in the web UI I have a red ! icon saying an error occurred and to click retry. I do that and it completes successfully however that error icon never goes away. Using the latest firmware (just updated 2 days ago) but it was there before.

Any ideas?


If you put the mouse on top of the icon, does the icon display any error message?

Try resetting the device to see if the unit updates the information.

Yes just that an error occurred. What I did was run the weekly backup manually via ssh and after it completed successfully that went away.
