Root Folders

Can anyone help with the above. The files on my wd tv live hub even though organised into different folders within a main folder like music or video. When I access it, it does not give me the subfolders or root folders.

Please anyone help me on how to access the root folders so I do not go through the frustration of going through so many files before finding a file.

Press the GREEN BUTTON, select FILTER → BY FOLDER.
