Rolling bands across TV

My WDTV Live produces rolling vertical light bands across our Sony Wega 32" CRT. Here’s a link to a youtube video of it.

I know it’s not the power to the WDTV because it still does it with a big 12V battery used for power. The AC input to the TV is filtered. What could be causing this and how can I fix it? THANKS. Tom

Ahh, yes, that solved it! I had the WDTV box placed on top of the TV and it must have been picking up EM radiation from the big CRT. When situated under the TV or a few feet to the side, the bands disappear. Thank you for directing me to the solution!
