Rollback issue - blank screen

Hi

Attempting a rollback to 2.06.10.  Downloaded and unzipped 4 files to USB stick. Firmware upgrade started as instructions, but it sat a while on step 10 of the official instructions before the screen went blank.  The USB stick is still flashing after about an hour, the WD light is on constant on the front of the hub, but nothing doing !

Before I pull the plug, any advice?  I don’t want to corrupt any thing if I can avoid it.

noirweb, maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
