RMA will not work. STATCODE320 error before even payment page!

for 3 days now I am trying to submit advanced RMA and before I can get to payment page, it has a STAT320 error. Then I have to wait 1 hour because it says RMA in progress, and then when I try to start a checkout to submit the RMA order, it still says STATCODE320 error. 3 days now system shut down!

And for 6 weeks your whole store was shut down!

we cannot trust our hard drives will be protected and serviced by you!!!

why is your company so bad!!!

maybe WD doesn’t even know their system is down again!!??
