Tried to create an advanced return, system wheel goes round and round forever. Tried standard RMA and that seems to work. Trouble is I am trying to replace my boot drive WD Black WDS500 and not end up with a system down while I wait for the new drive. Reading similar issues on here and the response doesn’t seem good.
