on 7 th feb i filed RMA for replacement of my newly purchased hard disk. they picked up my HDD from my house after 4 days. according to there site new replaced HDD is provided within 30 days. so i called there customer care. out of three no two nos i.e. 180011 9393 and 011 26384700 are not working. on the third no there is waiting for 15min and after that when someone pick call no on bothers to answer it they are just fooling by providing customer care no. My RMA no for replacement is [deleted] please help me to get my HDD.
