RMA info req by HGST support ... where to answer?

Hi all.
I’d received a " Age warning for RMA: 389856XX" but unfortunately nor the answerback email nor the web form for ticketing seems to be working (https://support.wdc.com/support/case2.aspx?t=hgst). So I have no way to send back the required set of informations.

Is there any way to get in touch and answerback to the HGST support for one of mine 8 HE10?
