RMA Does not show drive recieved for almost 2 weeks

Posting here because I can’t find the proper place to email or call. The 800 number never gives me the opportunity to talk to anyone.

I setup an advanced RMA [REMOVED DUE TO PRIVACY POLICY]

I sent the old drive back and used UPS tracking # [REMOVED DUE TO PRIVACY POLICY]

The drive was received 2 weeks ago, yet the RMA status does not show WD received it.

Can someone tell me the status of this? I do not want to get charged for the Advanced RMA if there is a delay in updating your website.
