RMA - An error was encountered during RMA creation

I receive the error “An error was encountered during RMA creation.” at the final screen when attempting to RMA 4x drives; I have RMA’d in the past without issue so I’m not sure what has changed… Please advise. :slight_smile:

I’m having the same problem … I tried multiple times …each time WD put a hold on my credit card. I called WD support, spoke to one person, he tried twice and had the same problem. Escalated to another person in Atlantic City, he had the problem and would get back to me …and now silence.
