I have the My Passport Essential. My hard drive on my laptop was failing. I was able to backup some info but not all. The company who fixed my laptop backed everything up under another file called backup. I am trying to retrieve all my info again. It looks like it retrieved all the info that I originally back up but I can’t seem to retrieve all the other data I am missing under the backup file they created.
