I have a WD My Book. I’m trying to retrieve files because my hard drive crashed. When I open WD Smartware it only shows my old hard drive with the backup and retrieve tabs grayed out. How can I go about retrieving files?
Never mind. My backup drive is acting up but finally showed up in WD Smartware, but hasn’t been backing up right! Argg!
