Hello WD Product Support team and Community
Please can you help me unlock my WD My Passport Wireless Drive. I have not used it for ages. I have looked at the password hint and I still can’t get in.

Hi @jazzahanna,

A My Passport Wireless Pro can be restored using the Power and WPS buttons located on the side of the device (see illustration for exact location). Restoring the device using the buttons will perform a System Only Restore , which will result in the following changes:

Note:The following process is Not Data Destructive and will not impact.
