Retrieve documents in WDStudio

I purchased a WD My Book Studio 1TB and I calledcopy some photos that I put it.
When was the first Backup, these photos were hidden and can not access them.
I think they’re as “other documents” including folders andprograms brought into the disk.
How do I recover my photos if not erased?
How do I access the “other documents”?

As a time machine I bought for my imac

Help me…please!

Dude, if you are using Time Machine then just open Time Machine and you will see the list of files in the backup.
