Restore Data from one week ago?

Hi,

I have spreadsheets that have been corrupted in my WD My Cloud storage.

How do I restore saved versions from one week ago?

What tool are you using to support versioned backup?

If you aren’t using such a tool, then there will be no versions from a week ago; there will only be the latest version, assuming you are using the MyCloud as primary storage.

If you are using SmartWare have you tried to retrieve them? See example image below.
