Restore a My Cloud EX

  1. Is there anu chance to full restore whithout disks inside?

I begun a 40 Second Reset and then put disk inside but i can’t start full restore via dashboard beacuse there is information “System busy please wait”.
It takes longer than 24 hours and do not know how long can I wait?
My drive is Wd RED 2TB in JBOD

There were previously configured two drives in RAID 1

My EX4 is no longer under warranty

I don’t think you can do a full restore without the disks in the drive.
