Why doesn’t the reset button do anything? Trying to reset my password bc I’m not sure I put one in and admin/admin doesn’t do anything. Pressing the reset button for 5 seconds doesn’t provoke anything on the screen either. Can I force a reset some how and start over or do I have a bad drive? Why is it letting me create new folders but not load pictures from my iPhone into it?

Try plugging the MBL to another power outlet, directly to the wall, and retry to reset it, by holding its reset button for 4 seconds. If still you cannot reset it you should have it replaced: How to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) or replace a defective product under warranty
Thisnk I got it working. Now I have to try to create folders and access them via wifi.
