Reset not working

Hi,

After a firmware upgrade, that I think failed, I cannot login to the dashboard anymore. the password is incorrect it says.
The status light on the front keeps blinking green.
I tried 4 second reset but still asks for a password, which when I try is incorrect.

Any suggestion to reset user data and regain access?
(SSH is disabled)
