Reset Admin account using reset button fails

Hi @all,

I don’t remember my admin password and tried to reset the admin and get the ownership back by pressing the reset button for 40sec. But it doesn’t work. When I try to configure it with a new account it still tells me “This device is already set up. Please ask the Admin to send you an invitation…”

What have I done wrong?

as I already wrote, that was exactly what I tried but it didn’t work.
I tried it severel times. I tried it while running the device for a while and also immediatly after power up.
I held the button 40 seconds.
