Request for new computer hard disk of 500 GB

Dear sir,

                 I purchaese a computer hard disk of 500GB at  7-7-2011 , [**Deleted] **and there was three years of warrenty but after 2 months of using it correpted and i gave it to Bhupender Amroha where i purchase and Bhupender Amroha send it to you by corrier at 23-7-2011 but i am not recieve my hard disk till date so i request you to please send me a new hard disk as soon as possible.

you must have called WD to replace it. since you have the rma number, call WD and check the status of HD

why aren’t you contacting Bhupender Amroha for where your replacement is.  isn’t that their responsibility?
