Replacing System HDD with Cloned System HDD

Using Acronis cloning SW I’ve cloned my 2TB Windows 10 system drive, partitioned as C: and D: drives, to a new 2TB drive that was never initialized (no drive letter assigned). Now I can see in Disk Management that the cloning was successful and the cloned drive has the boot sector and the two partitions.
So, now if I remove the existing drive and replace it with the new cloned drive, will the system boot and automatically assign the C: and D: drive letters? Or do I need to do something more, maybe in the BIOS. The only installed bootable drive will be the new cloned drive.
