Replacement warranty

I had a faulty memory card. I contacted support 11 days ago they said It takes 5 to 7 days to dispatch the new memory card but now 11 days are gone no response from the support team. Even they dont answered the email.

Good luck the support is horrible. It took me over a month. Im just aboit to post about my experience and how i was treated. Good luck.
