Replace 6TB Drive PR4100

WD MyCloud PR 4100 4 bays failed drive. Replacing faulty drive. To shutdown do I simply hibernate (Settings/ Utilities/Device Maintenance/Hibernate) as there sis no shutdown option. Do I then disconnect ethernet cable and replace Drive. Do I then Reconnect ethernet cable and reboot (Settings/ Utilities/Device Maintenance/Reboot)?
