Removing User Accounts from RMA'd device

MyCloudHome died and I RMAed it to WD. it was not booting after 1.5 years
When I login to home.mycloud.com from my email It says device is offline or rebooting. I can’t remove the user from the device because

  1. I don’t have it I mailed it to WD.
  2. Device was not booting on the first place
    How do I remove myself and other family accounts from it?

This advise of no help.

  1. Wd my cloud device died. it was not bootable, re-setable etc. it was a brick. that was not booting.
    i tried to change power cable, but there was no white line whatsoever.
    After a moth of trying I gave up. RMA’ed old device for refurbished one.
    So I don’t have old device. when i login with my email old device is still showing under my name.
    It is very annoyng.
