My remote stopped working after 3 days. How do I get a replacement? What can I use in the meantime to navigate on screen?
Replace it where you bought it, or RMA it to WD.

My remote stopped working after about 2 hours.
I pressed the reset button under the unit and everything worked again.
Thanks for all the suggestions. I tried swithching batteries but it still did not work. I did not try the reset but unplugged the unit and plugged it back in; all is fine now, the remote is working again.
