Remote Media Server? Is Possible?

Hi,

Is possible a Remote Media Server? I have a hard disk with in my office, but i want access to this movies in my WDTV Live Streaming in my Home. I know this feature is not aviable, but exist a way for this?

I think a VPN, a Remote Shared Folder, a custom Firmware, etc, is possible?

This is not possible, the WD TV LIve Streaming will only detect network locations in a Local Network.

Cheaper and easier to get another USB HDD, copy the files and take them home.  That way you also have a backup in case one drive fails.
