Remote freezes during ISO playback

I’ve noticed at times my remote will freeze during the playback of an ISO movie. That is pause, stop or any other button has no effect. The WD needs to be disconnected from the power to stop.

I’ve noticed this on 2 different extremes of firmwares - v1.04.12 and v1.07.18.

Has anyone else noticed this or have a suggested solution?

If no one else has experienced this problem then I guess it’s a warranty return.

I have not noticed such behaviour with either DVD or Blu ray ISOs. Admittedly I have not sat down and watched a ‘disc’ all the way through. How soon after starting an ISO do you see the problem -so that I can try and recreate for you?
