I have two identical EX4 Device 8TB. One i use for sharing for certain people. Inside it there is a folder called “IT” and it is not public.
Second Drive it have a folder called “IT Backup”.
I access the portal of first drive and made a remote backup to second one.
now the data copied to second one is not accessible. it says permission denied.
second of all, in the first drive, when i try to reset the username there is no option which says “enter old password”??? just “New Password” and “Confirm Password”.
