Remote access only works via cell service not wifi

I have a on going problem. The WD Mycloud only works on Samsung S7 Android cell phone via cell service, but stops working when I activate wifi either remotely or local to network the NAS is on. I can log on via a local computer, but not with a remote computer running the WD app either. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I’d recommend double-checking the network security settings of the WiFi connection you are using. Some high-level configurations will prevent remote access.
